Features of the Turkish scholarship
flight costs :
The accepted scholarship student will receive the flight ticket to enter Turkey and a flight ticket to exit after graduation
Accommodation:
Accommodation in a student dormitory is free of charge.also the student can live in a separate residence close to the university at his own expense
study Residence:
Students receive a free study Residence during his study period
health insurance:
Students receive a free health insurance during his study period
Transportation :
The student receives a transport card supported by the Turkish government
Turkish language:
The scholarship student receives one year of Turkish language tuition as part of the scholarship without fees for students willing to study in English or Turkish must attend.
Personal expenses:
For undergraduate students:
The government will pay the accepted scholarship student a monthly salary of 700 TL
For Masters Students:
The government will pay the accepted scholarship student a monthly salary of 950 TL
For PhD students:
The government will pay the accepted scholarship student a monthly salary of 1400 TL
For scientific research students :
The government will pay the accepted scholarship student a monthly salary of 3000 TL
Registration requirements for “BA” students to apply for a Turkish scholarship:
- To be a high school graduate or have a certificate of the first semester.
- The applicant must not be above the age of 21 years.
- Not to be enrolled in any Turkish university.
- The high school average should be 70% and above for all majors
And 90% for medical faculties “Medicine – Dentistry – Pharmacy”. - Not to be a Turkish citizen.
Registration requirements for “Master” students to apply for the Turkish scholarship:
- Not to be enrolled in any Turkish university.
- The applicant must not be above the age of 30 years
- The student average is not less than 75% in the bachelor’s degree.
- Not to be a Turkish citizen.
Registration requirements for “PhD” students to apply for a Turkish scholarship:
- Not to be enrolled in any Turkish university.
- The applicant must not be above the age of 35 years
- The student average is not less than 75% in the Master degree.
