The Grine American University (GAU) is the first university in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus recognized by the international accreditation institutions, and it has university centers in three continents to achieve its international mission and provide the possibilities of learning according to high standards for its students coming from 74 different countries.
The Grine American University has taken its place among several universities in the world that offer academic programs which are compatible with creativity, success and technology using US-style access systems to reach its students .

At the local level, the GAU is Accredited by the Accreditation and Supervision Council of the Higher Education of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (YÖDAK) and the Higher Education Council of Turkey (YÖK).

The International Business Studies Center in the University’s Business School was accredited by International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) in the USA and the European Council for Business Education (ECBE).
Which is important for students who want to pursue higher education or careers in the UK. Our tourism and hospitality programs are certified by TedQual. TedQual, linked to the World Tourism Organization (WTO).
Finally, our engineering programs are accredited by the accreditation agency (ASIIN), The leader in auditing and certification of engineering sciences in the European Union.
